Vendor Fees
Artists & Crafters: $90
Nonprofits: $60
Food Vendors:
For booths/trailers/trucks larger than 14'x14', please contact the chamber.
*Coca-Cola of Northern New England is our beverage sponsor. Please respect this and do not sell competitor products.
- Bethel Summerfest is a rain or shine event.
- Your 10’x10’ tent plus 2’ of clearance on each side = 14’x14’ total space.
- Set-up times: Friday, July 14, 4-7pm (NO overnight security available) and Saturday, July 15, 7am-10am.
- Tents, tables, and chairs are NOT provided.
- Vendors must staff their booths from 10am-4 pm. Must be set up by 10 a.m. (Vendors may stay open through the fireworks at approximately 9:00 pm if they wish.)
- Location or designated boundaries of any booth space may not be changed.
- Exhibitors must sell his/her products only. Original designs preferred.
- $10 fee for all cancellations.
- No refunds after June 28th.
Vendor Fees
Artists & Crafters: $90
Nonprofits: $60

- Nonprofit food vendor - 14’x14’ standard space: $150 ($10/foot of additional space)
- Commercial business - 14’x14’ standard space: $275 ($20/foot of additional space)
